  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).
  • Requests received after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–8 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for eligible items.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team to arrange the process.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Order Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel it.
  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. However, you may still return the item after delivery following the conditions outlined in this policy.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking confirmation.
