Orders placed on Sundays or U.S. holidays will be processed on the following business day.


3. Shipping Origin

Orders may be shipped from various fulfillment centers in the United States or international locations, depending on product availability and your delivery address.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may extend slightly.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
  • If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email.

  • International Orders: Flat rate of $8.99

No hidden charges apply. Customers will see the total cost before confirming the order.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package on the carrier’s website using this number.
If you do not receive your tracking number within the expected timeframe, please contact us.


8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Ahrium is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm reshipping.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

You may return items within 30 days from the date you received your order.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
