Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied. If you’re unsure about eligibility, please contact us before returning the item.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards or free promotional items
  • Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused during shipping

These conditions help us maintain hygiene and resale standards.


3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@ahrium.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address
  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@ahrium.com.

We may request supporting photos to verify the issue. Once confirmed, you will receive:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund, including any shipping fees — at no cost to you

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time:

  1. Recheck your bank account or credit card statement
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing delays may vary

We will assist in resolving any delay.


7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please:

  1. Return the original item as per the return process
  2. Place a new order separately for the desired item
