1. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for cancellation, as these items are prepared specifically for you and may not be resold.

We encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel their order.


2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Email us at support@ahrium.com with your order number and a brief reason for cancellation
  2. Our customer support team will check your order status
  3. If your order has not shipped, we will confirm the cancellation and process your refund

We respond to all cancellation requests promptly during our regular business hours.


3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If the cancellation is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation
  • If your order is canceled before shipment, shipping fees will also be refunded
  • If the order has already shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or return.
This information will be clearly stated on the product page before checkout.


5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an order with:

  • The wrong item, or
  • An item is missing

Please notify us at support@ahrium.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Upon verification, we will:

  • Ship the correct or missing item at no additional cost, or
  • Offer a refund, depending on your preference and product availability

We may request photos to help verify the issue.
