Ordering

1. How do I place an order?
Visit https://ahrium.com, browse our catalog, select your item(s), choose the size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.”
At checkout, enter your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to cancel or update it. Please contact us immediately at 📧 support@ahrium.com.
Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can also check order status by logging into your Ahrium account.


Shipping

1. Which countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping from our U.S. fulfillment center, except where prohibited by law.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • United States: 4–9 business days after shipment
  • International: 10–18 business days after shipment

3. What are your shipping fees?

  • U.S.: Flat rate of $7.99
  • International: Flat rate of $11.99
    Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all labels/tags.

2. How do I start a return?
Email us at support@ahrium.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

3. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 6–10 business days after receiving and inspecting your returned item.


Cancellations

1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes — but only before the order is shipped. Contact us right away at support@ahrium.com to request cancellation.

2. Can I cancel part of my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel specific items within an order. If needed, you may cancel the entire order and place a new one with your preferred items.


Payments

1. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following:

  • Diners Club
  • PayPal

2. Can I use more than one payment method per order?
No. At this time, we only support one payment method per transaction.

3. Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes! We occasionally run promotions and discount codes.
