1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving the item, if you are not satisfied.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
- A return request must be initiated by emailing: support@ahrium.com
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Final Sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
- Discounted or promotional sale items
Ahrium reserves the right to deny returns if the product does not meet these conditions.
2. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service and optional insurance.
- Ahrium is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- A refund will be issued to your original method of payment
- Please allow 6–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
4. Exchanges
Ahrium does not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to exchange an item:
- Return the original product for a refund
- Place a new order for the replacement item
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or includes a defective product:
- Contact us within 30 days at support@ahrium.com
- We will provide instructions and either:
- Send a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund
6. International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Clearly mark return packages as “Return” to avoid customs duties
- Customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- These fees may be deducted from the total refund
- Use trackable and insured shipping methods, as Ahrium is not liable for losses or damages during international returns
